  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. It is built into the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful bay at the edge of Rovinj. Our room was amazing, with a balcony that overlooked the bay and the sunset. The bathroom was bigger than our bedroom at home! We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Rovinj.

This hotel has our highest possible recommendation. - To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge. Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

  The location relative to the beach (about 200m walk) and to shops (another 50m and some other shops not so far, easily reachable with a car) is perfect, it's also relatively easy to find with a GPS if you enter the name of the street. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!
