  We had the rooms facing the waterfront promenade, with full view of the harbour, that was great. Full compliment to the staff, they were fantastic, courteous and very helpful.   Amazing location. When you open the windows overlooking the square, you feel like you are part of the action and yet when it's closed, can't hear anything...very effective double glazing. The place was spotless clean! Marijana was very helpful. Love the amenities...big bottles of shampoo, body wash and handwash, as opposed to miniature ones. Despite the very central location the apartment was very quiet. It was very clean and modern - and with great AC. The owner and her daughter are amazingly friendly and helpful - even very kindly did some washing for us! Would highly recommend.

  We booked the studio apartment last minute for two nights originally. We ended up staying 3 because it was so lovely! The apartment is small but perfectly formed and has absolutely everything you could need - washing machine, wifi, air con etc. Also lots of cooking equipment provided. Tea was very welcoming and helpful. It was also lovely to have - Rooms Sandra was great! Tea the owner was a pleasure to deal with and no request was too hard. i.e extra pillows, clothes rack and making a reservation for a pedicure for my wife. Highly recommend this accommodation and if we were to come again to Split we will definitely stay here again. Tea, Thank you once again :)

  The apartment was clean. The host very friendly and helpful. She always had wine and chocolates kept in the lobby. There were lots of books of us to read. She met us and took us to the apartment and even came and took us to the taxi when we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a fantastic location close to everything - The owners were very friendly and helpful and kind. She gave us a choice of rooms in two different apartments. They let us do a late check out and asked us take our time. The room was clean and the location was fantastic in the palace., close to the bus stops, ferry, train, taxi.

  The hotel is located right on the waterfront. It is close to the active part of Split. It is near the major attraction, Diocletian's Palace, a unesco protected site. The bus station is a short ten minute walk away which made travel to other towns quite easy. The staff was quite helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast is included. - This hotel couldn't be in a better spot, right in the centre of Split, not far from Diocletian's Palace, and, more practically, close to the bus, train stations and ferry port. Bacvice beach is not far away. I much appreciated one of the cleaning staff putting a fan in my room and turning it on during the day so I could get a good night's sleep on a hot summer night in Split- and, boy,that's hot ! Breakfast pretty good.
