Extremely helpful and friendly staff; clean rooms; good WI-FI in the room (at least on the 1st floor, where I was); easy to find (around 10 to 15 mins. by tram from the Central Bus station to station Mandalicina and not more than several minutes walking to the hotel). The staff sends you an e-mail with detailed explanation about the way of payment, the itinerary from the bus/railway station or the airport and other useful info concerning your stay in the hotel. Stayed at this delightful, small, city hotel for one night at the end of our 2 week tour around Croatia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were very large with soft towels. This fairly new, family owned hotel offers guests a friendly, welcoming
visit to Zagreb. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and adequate
size. The shower is nice and hot! The breakfast is good with choice of
cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts, meats, boiled eggs, cheeses, bread,
juices and coffee. The hotel is in a good location and within easy
walking to the trams or to the main square. An added bonus was the
hotel's receptionist, Madelyn, who speaks perfect English, and was

Located on the outskirts of Zagreb, close to a big shopping center - arena shopping center and other major shopping centers. Taxi ride to the city center about 50 HRK. The staff is very professional and willing to do anything in order to make the guest's stay at the hotel. Excellent restaurant

We picked this hotel because it has parking. We only stayed for a night
but the hotel room and accomodation was great. The staff was helpful in
giving us a map and directions to downtown Zagreb. It will take you a 20
min tram ride to get to the city center. The breakfast the next morning
was great. Overall, it's a value for money and I would recommend it
if you're on a budget and don't want to pay for parking.

Easy drive from the airport - hotel was very easy to find. Room was much better than we thought. Light and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Nice rooms, very helpful staff. Although there is no bathroom in the room, it was rather comfortable to use it outside, because it was near the room. Parking in the yard of hotel is payable and only a couple of places. But there is another free parking, and you can see it right from the window.
