Extremely helpful and friendly staff; clean rooms; good WI-FI in the room (at least on the 1st floor, where I was); easy to find (around 10 to 15 mins. by tram from the Central Bus station to station Mandalicina and not more than several minutes walking to the hotel). The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. We picked this hotel because it has parking. We only stayed for a night
but the hotel room and accomodation was great. The staff was helpful in
giving us a map and directions to downtown Zagreb. It will take you a 20
min tram ride to get to the city center. The breakfast the next morning
was great. Overall, it's a value for money and I would recommend it
if you're on a budget and don't want to pay for parking.

Nice rooms, very helpful staff. Although there is no bathroom in the room, it was rather comfortable to use it outside, because it was near the room. Parking in the yard of hotel is payable and only a couple of places. But there is another free parking, and you can see it right from the window.
