Location is centrally located within the financial district and it's beside IFC mall and other stores. Rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. Not crowded and there is free coffee/tea/soda/nuts/chips and cookies at the commonnliving room in the 3rd floor. Indoor pool and gym are great and wi-fi is free and fast. Staff are great, friendly and warm. They can express themselves in English. Worth going back and staying at this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment.
