Excellent large room with view over river and Pudong. Helpful and knowledgeable staff at Concierge and Front desk.

I always stay in 4-5 stars hotel, and this one is the best place I
have ever had a chance to stay - not only in Asia, but Middle East
and Europe.
The setting of the room, the size, design, the view and the price.
We enjoyed it so much that we returned to Shanghai few days later to stay there one more night. -

Very clean room, good seervice, nice and friendly staff, good English speaking persons at reception. Central, but quiet when windows are closed. Splendid view on the river and town. - Fabulous views of the Bund and Pudong, the soft bed! (a rarity in China)

I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -

Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and top floor happy hour viewing area. -
