  I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay.   This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help: a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it. b. The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

  The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. - Very good location

  We chose this hotel as we had stayed here before and it's excellent location just a short walk from the main terminal building was ideal after a long overnight flight from Auckland. The receptionist was very welcoming and did her best to get as a room as we arrived quite early. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice. Our room was clean and comf - It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there. A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes. Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you had breakfast. It was great to stretch out for 6 hours.
