Practically everything was excellent. Fantastic views from our room, friendly staff, good food, clean, big, and very comfortable room. Nice linen, lovely towels, bath robes etc.Free undercover parking which you need iof you don't want to spend time removing ice from your car in the mornings. -

the bed is big and it's comfortable to take a shower here (hot water is always provided and big). Also can taste "Kuchen" for the breakfast, it's very good. -

1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup
a tripod to take pictures out the window.
2) Big room and very nice shower.
3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do.
4) Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

The location was a short walk from the main town along the beach, great staff and hotel is lovely and some of the rooms have great views. breakfast was nice and it has a very good deli at the end of the road which serves lovely food and value for money prices. -

Amazing hotel! Stayed in 4 other hotels in Puerto Varas before. Bellavista is by far the best quality.
Location is very good: view over the lake with the volcano in all rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal: Raspberry cake, lemon pie and home made brownies, lots of juices, eggs and sausages and a lot of fruit.. and Ulmo Honey!

Very close to the centre of Puerta Varas. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff all spoke good English. Good breakfast. Great location for the lake and mountains/ volcanos (although low cloud on 3/4 days - in May - meant we didn't see them often)

Staff is very well prepared, and accommodations are both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is the last one on the shore, but the town is rather small, so the distance is definitely not an issue.
The breakfast buffet has everything.

Room size was good. I asked for a view and got one.
Bed was very comfortable and sleeping was easy.

Hotel Puelche is a beautiful, comfortable hotel with clean European design. I felt like we were staying in a spa! It is just a short walk into town and has a good restaurant and very helpful staff. -
