  We chose this hotel because of the excellent location in the heart of Providencia and also because it looked a bit different from the standard tower block. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was charming inside with an unusual layout, a comfortable lounge and a lovely outside patio.   I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay.
