  The staff at singing lamb was helpful since the time we made our reservations. They emailed us thanking for the reservation and welcoming us to their hostel (very unusual). They helped us plan our time in Puerto Natales and the trip to the Torres Del paine. The perfect place to stay before doing the Torres del Paine track. Amazing breakfast!

  We stayed at We are Patagonia on 2 separate occasions before and after the w-trek. Brian and Carola are such lovely, friendly hosts they were so helpful with everything including information on the W-trek (Carola has actually done the trek recently). The place itself is warm, bright and funkily decorated. Room and bathrooms were very clean and ... cosa dice la gente » new. Linen was soft and towels were enormous and fluffy. I can't recommend this place highly enough and wish these guys every success- it's rare that - Everything! This bed and breakfast is as good as it gets. Absolutely amazing hosts -- always willing to help and went out of their way on multiple occasions to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable (excellent mattress, sheets and pillows!), and the place is quiet at night. I cannot recommend this place enough -- one of the best I have ever stayed at. A++

  Juan was really friendly and was full of advice about what to do in the area - he speaks perfect English and Hebrew. The communal kitchen was enormous, with two double sinks, two 6ft fridge/freezers and at least 10+ saucepans. Everything we needed was there and everything was clean. The beds were really comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot and the radiator kept the room - After months of travelling this place felt like coming home. Juan is a super helpful and friendly host. The hostal is a perfect starting base for a Torres del Paine trek. Juan offers his expertise and professional equipment at reasonable prices. The bus to the park even leaves from the front door. This hostal has a perfect price-quality ratio.The hot shower and stove are ideal to relax after the trek.
