Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

The hotel has a very central location. The room we had and all other facilities were very clean and the shared kitchen and appliances provided are really useful to have (e.g. stove, microwave). The location is very good and walking distance from "downtown" with quick access to shops, restaurants etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

The place is family owned and operated. Very nice people. Very close to public transportation,and walking distance to many stores and places to eat. Sky train is about a 5 minute walk away. The hotel was old but modernized. Great entrance with the ivory color
theme. The bathroom was retiled, new fan, and matching floor. Despite I
ordered a single double room, I was not charged extra for my sister
staying with me. For the price of $79 before taxes, the room was a great
value. We were accessable to the Lagoon and the Outdoor Jazz
Festival...only 3 blocks away on Robson Street. What a great part of

The main advantage of Riviera is location: right in the middle of Vancouver's beautiful downtown, 10 mins walk to Stanley park, 5 mins to waterfront, etc. Room are surprisingly spacious for a hotel and come with full kitchen (stove including). We prefer a studio to a one-bedroom, even if it is three of us: ventilation is better in studios, especially in the summer. The hotel is not new but the interior has been recently renovated. It was just what I needed for a quick solo trip to Vancouver. Simple, clean room, comfy bed, tv and a basic bathroom. Good value for money considering what I would have had to pay at a hotel. Also the central location made it easy for me to get around and walk to most of what I wanted to see.

I've stayed here before.
The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too!
I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!)

It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses
and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff
were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet
they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it
was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a
cancellation came through and they gave us the room.
