The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. I liked that their were 4 bus stops right outside and a variety of restaurants and stores. Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.

Great location with easy walk to the stunning Stanley Park, English bay
beach is just a few minutes walk and you can join in with all the
Canadians out walking, jogging, riding bike (plenty available to rent).
Granville island markets are accessible too from a close by ferry for
$3.50 and buses no 5 and 6 to downtown stop outside the door. For $2.75
we caught the no 6 bus to the sky train that took us out to the airport
in 45 mins. Saved heaps in taxi fairs and was easy. Great affordable
place

The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -

The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!

The breakfast I had included juice, coffee and a full breakfast for around eleven dollars - a good deal - especially when you are afforded a window seat with a great view of English Bay.

Danny and his staff were wonderful, very friendly and made up feel so comfortable and welcoming. O Canada is a beautiful old timber house in a great area of Vancouver and it is fitted out with gorgeous period furniture. The house does have a history which is also fascinating. We had the top room which required a few stairs to be climbed. Breakfast was hearty and filling, organic eggs, yoghurt and fresh orange juice. A real gem and we would recommend O Canada to anyone.

The rooms were quiet, I didn't hear the folks beside me at all unless they dropped something big. Decent kitchen, very comfortable bed. Balcony has a nice view of the condos and mountains. I had a Do Not Disturb sign at my door so they called to see if it was okay to do housekeeping instead of knocking. That was very nice.
