  I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Our room on the 15th floor was very spacious and comfortable. The fitness center and pool was great, water in the pool very nice. We stayed for two nights.

  Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient!   Courteous, efficient, welcoming staff. Our city view room was surprisingly quiet and the layout of the room very conducive to privacy as well as having a desk for business. Our meal in the dining room was superb and again, the service was excellent. Great restaurant: I tested lunch and dinner and would recommend the risotto! I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!! very kind and friendly staff in particular Tim. I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays. walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver. I will definitely be back.
