  All of the staff were very helpful. The harbor view was excellent, and the water-front walk is only a few steps away. This location is very convenient for both the water-front activities and downtown shopping. - Upgraded to a harbour view room for an extra $20 day. Great.   The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere... cosa dice la gente » else. - The excellent customer service of the staff. Simply amazing over the top! The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  I've stayed here before. The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too! I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!) One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... cosa dice la gente » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! - It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a cancellation came through and they gave us the room.
