  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.   Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   The motel was a few steps from the beach. The receptionist was personable. The room was very basic but had everything we wanted or needed--including a full kitchen. - room was adequate - not fancy but comfortable and nice location. Pool was a pleasant surprise - large. I would go again.

  Our two-bedroom suite was modern, beautiful and well-furnished with everything we needed. We made good use of the pools and the hot tubs and enjoyed the serenity of the mountain view from one of our balconies. The resort afforded a peaceful, luxurious getaway from the daily grind.   This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects. And the location is......perfect!   The location and the Spa. The maintenance staff were very willing to send a cart down to the beach to retrieve my 91 year old Dad. Many thanks!!! - We went with a group of friends all with kids. It is a great place and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and go back again.
