I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Despite arriving the same time as a bus tour, our check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly as were in Mantles bar/restaurant which had nice food. Room was large, bed comfortable. -

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

Excellent value for the 3 days we were there. Rooms are great,
comfortable, but not too fancy... Similar in feel to a European hotel.
Good, friendly staff. The ski storage room had a bench to wax the
skis.... A nice addition. Although the hot tub area was small and
indoors, it was well done, with towels, showers and toilet facilities.

Sun Peaks, as a place, feels like a piece of Europe dropped into BC's Southern Interior - it was a breath of fresh air to walk the streets. The hotel was also a great deal, with excellent, helpful staff who went above and beyond, and our room was well appointed.
