Older motel, recently updated. Manager very friendly and an excellent host. First room he gave us had a plugged bathroom sink, he immediately moved us to another similar room, and had the first one fixed that same afternoon. -
Loved having two separate bedrooms. Allowed me to go to bed while the kids hung out and everyone had their privacy.

i liked the fact it was very quite, untill the next room slammed the door at 6.30aM, the one who complained at 8.30 pm that we had the fan running in the bathroom,, she needs help. it was a clean room with nice veiw and was not expensive. the staff was very freindly, would stay again. -

Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful, they even offered to help me carry my stuff up to the 2nd floor as the elevator doesn't service the 2nd floor.
The room was updated and had nice bedding and pillows, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the room suited my needs.

Staff were pleasant. We were able to check in early and go for a long bike ride prior to actual check in time. Parking lot was clean (other than renovation furnishings), check in/out staff were helpful, and location was very central for our purposes.

I loved this motel! Freshly painted inside and out and so conveniently located to everything that I needed to be near! I would highly recommend it to other travels whether on business or pleasure! We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

What didn't I like????It was so clean you could eat off the floors not that you would want to. Very nice and comfortable, modern, had a kitchen with all the dishes,everything was spotless. Quiet. I would stay there for sure again, wish all motels and hotels met their standards. The price was also the best in all the area. -

The hotel rate is reasonable and its quality is decent. It is well located just outside of Duncan town close to Superstore supermarket, bank and other amenities. Our room was roomy with kitchenette and balcony. We like the laminated hardwood floor which help with our allergy. The staff was friendly and helpful. -

e found the Piccadilly Motel to be a cosy, comfortable place to stay in the middle of Radium. It is in easy walking distance to everything with staff that are ready to help with great advice on things to see, go to and do. At 05:30 there were 20 Bighorn Sheep on our door step. LOL. -

Five of us ladies headed up to Vancouver for the weekend for the Caribbean Festival and we had a blast. The hotel was perfect as it was affordable and close to everything there is even a Wal-Mart right around the corner along with Wendy's across the street and Starbucks right up the street. This place was just all access to everything we needed and only 15 min from North Vancouver.

First was the price - I am a disabled senior who must travel
frequently to Victoria to see my Doctors - I travel with my assistant,
which all adds to the cost. I live on a very fixed income. Without
asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very
kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times
Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if
the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly

It was very budget friendly. Close to a great pizza place. The owners are very friendly. Beside a park and waiting pool for the kids. The hot tub was large and very clean. It was everything that was promised; cheap, clean, dry, friendly, comfortable. They don't state that they're anything fancy so don't expect it. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't report on that. I'd start there again.
