Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. -

The owner of this hotel went out of his way to make us comfortable and provide us with a good nights rest. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch for my son. -
Reasonable cost, comfortable beds, larger than usual refrigerator, kind and helpful owner. Hope is a lovely place and you must visit the Blue Moose coffee shop in town,

what we liked was the service. we asked to change rooms to a lower floor because the stairs were a killer. there was no problem, very pleasant to help us out. sent a porter to pick up our luggage & carry it to our new room.

Nice clean modern looking hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they were very nice to my daughter, so major points! It was very clean, and the view of the city is great! they have this pub there as well, now I don't drink, but the food was amazing. the porterhouse chicken was great, and the rizzoto! great! very happy we came, and the price! so cheap! thanks THC!

everything was great! we were there for a funeral and the staff was awesome!
We stayed 3 days so maybe that is why the room was not cleaned well each day. It was acceptable but not spotless. all in all it was a good stay. Thanks -

The room was very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities (indoor waterslide and hot-tub). The room was well fitted out and in great condition and modern. The only hotel we have stayed in with such a comprehensive channel selection. -
