Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful (a little less at the reception during check-in, but it was still OK). Nice food in the restaurant. We stayed just one night, but liked the place, it's a nice hotel and we'd stay there again.

Front desk were all friendly and helpful, considerate of our age. Our room was very clean and the appointments fresh and appealing. We liked the little balconu for fresh air and the view was pretty even tho' we were not very high up, our choice. We recommended the hotel to afriend who is going to stay there next week.

The house is set close to the main road yet amongst other houses, making it a quiet and comfortable spot. We had to drive to get to the waterfront which was simple enough. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the hotel was (excellent staff) given it was co-located with a casino. I was on the street side, had the window open all night and it was quieter than my place in sleepy Victoria! -

The Riverside resort was a great last minute experience that I'm happy to have had. It was a phenomenal price for all the space we were given in the cottages and the staff was very upbeat and helpful. Cab rides to the village were only about $10, and the Junction cafe that's on the lot had wonderful food and lattes. I would definitely go here again!
