  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   I arrived early in the day and was given an upgrade as my room was not ready yet. Everything was done to accommodate my daughter and I for an early check in.   Gentleman at front desk was friendly and accomodating. Put me in an available downstairs room so I wouldn't have to hike the stairs. Room was very pleasant. - Good sized room with nice view of the lake from the back deck. Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.
