We enjoyed the quiet stay, the included breakfast, the comfortable, modern and spacious room. The large trees and brook that runs through the atrium were restful and appealing. The location is also central with lots of restaurants close by. The lounge and restaurant on location were also well priced.

I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -

the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.

The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle in the kitchenette, just perfect for traveling with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet when I was there - might be a little 'busier' during winter. It's somewhat off the 'beaten path', although the route to it was straightforward & well signposted. Room was clean, tidy & the water was hot. -

Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. -

- I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. My great commendat

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

My accomodation was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a nice variety with a bright eating area. For the price, it was great.
They are also dog friendly. -

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

I liked the the place the second i walked in the door and was greeted with warmth and humor. Uceria, at the front desk is awesome!!!! The room was comfortable, there;s a pool,hot tub and workout room. The included breakfast was also very good. I will stay here again and soon I hope!!! -
