that the room and the hotel itself is clean. the rooms are very basic but clean. the bed was quite comfy. The rate of $99 was good for this hotel for just passing through for a night. I would book there again. Breakfast was just a quick fast continental breakfast so it got you going if you want to leave early. -

Perfectly decent hotel, nice free breakfast, no complaints whatsoever on room cleanliness, mini-fridge in room, short walk to c-train. Overall, great value for the dollar. -
The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition and the cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend this as a stay for anyone.

Easy access for me to get to & from work when I stay there. I enjoyed the breakfast, the clean rooms, nice bathroom and nice view from windows. I like the baggage carts, very convenient as I am not as able as I used to be. -

Great location for a hotel, right in the middle of downtown, near the shops and restaurants.
Smaller hotel and great for your budget as it has the same amenities as other hotel just not as "fancy".
There is free indoor parking just behind the hotel and if it is too busy, they have $5 parking underground.

very clean rooms -not glamorous, but quiet and comfortable, and the room layout was well thought out - for example, there was a sink and mirror outside the bathroom as well as in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Breakfast room well stocked and clean -

Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. -
this is the hotel that has keurig coffee maker. fabulous. the bed is so comfy. it didnt give me a bad backache

I don't know what percentage of rooms have been renovated, but my room had all new fixtures - bathroom heating and cooling. I also thought the truckers' theme front desk was cool.

Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery.
Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. -
Breakfast was great- it was nice to have a full complimentary breakfast, not just continental!

The hotel room was immaculately clean & very quiet. I missed the
entrance off the trans-canada due to construction but that should be
better once the construction is finished. I did not use any of the
facilities but would recommend the rooms for sure. -
I liked that the hotel was new and very clean. It was excellent value for the rate I got!

Room was big and clean...very quiet. It was very convenient to stay there and do a bit of Casino fun and watch the Big Sugar Concert. Had a lot of fun, met some interesting people. -
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling with two large dogs and it was not problem at all. I will be recommending this hotel to all!!!
