Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

had two different people at different times say good morning it was
awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they
were able to give it back!

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

We really did get our money's worth. Huge selection of the breakfast bar which was included in the room rate. We had a couple of small issues with Internet and people smoking outside right by the entrance but both were resolved immediately. Staff were incredibly friendly. I very much enjoyed walking around your hotel, the atmosphere provided by the plants and the friendly staff. It was also wonderful to have breakfast included in the price of the stay -That restaurant in your hotel- can't remember the name off the top of my head- is simply amazing. I look forward to staying in Lethbridge at the Lethbridge Lodge again when I am lucky enough to be in town.

The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. -

Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, many amenities and enjoyable features. Loved the library!! - we really enjoyed having the use of the mineral pool and the hot tub,very relaxing.

Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -
