Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.

Love love love this place. Very nice. Always booked and hard to get a room. If you do, try the loft rooms they are so cozie. We bring the kids and they are down stairs while we get the loft to ourselves. 2 tvs that angle out. Lots of bedding and towels. Wifi is good, allows pets. nice secluded spot. Well kept. -

Good location. We did some hikes in the area with the trailhead s only 10 minutes driving away. Very quiet. Perfect for star gazing and night photography. Very clean. The lodge was very cozy. We enjoyed it very much. Hiking maps in the sitting area, which was very helpful since I forgot my own map. -

The bungalows are superb in a wonderful setting with woods and river nearby. We had a kitchenette, dining and sitting area and separate bedroom. All extremely comfortable and best bit was that we could sit and watch the wildlife from our window. Loved Jasper House Bungalows highly recommend a stay here. Just out of Jasper we were fortunate to get a cabin on the river. Elk came through on the first night and being Aussies we enjoyed the squirrels being about. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff super friendly. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a stay. Not far out of Jasper but far enough you have peace and tranquillity. Loved it.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank
my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

The rooms were clean, spacious and up to date with free wireless internet.
The staff was pleasant and helpful as well.
There is a Hot tub/sauna on location with a modest weight/fitness area as well. -
Staff was unreal. And the rooms were super clean. If it was for 99 + gst I'd stay there again Forsure. At almost 130 a night is to expensive

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada.
What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days.
They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. -
