Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

This hotel is great value with a wonderful location in downtown
Edmonton. It is only a short walk to all sorts of shops and
restaurants. The legislature is also near by. We found the staff
friendly and helpful. -

It deserve more than 3 stars.
There is superstore and McDonald 24hrs across the street.
There is bus station in front of Tommy Romans just few meters away from the hotel. You can take bus 6 or 80 to reach southgate centre and metro station to take you to the downtown.

We both loved our room, very big king size with spa n huge hdmi tv for his gaming n my netflix with free wifi. Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. -

Good value, great bed and excellent customer service. The only room they had left with a king bed was a handicap access room, which wasn't perfect, but was ok. As a means of apology they sent us a dessert plate and bottle of wine. Very impressive! -

Booked online and got a wonderfully low rate. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.
