The price was great. Room was sufficient. Fairly clean. Fairly attractively decorated. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Air conditioner worked.
The staff were helpful and friendly, location was close to many things or a short drive, room was clean and fairly big, beds were pretty comfortable.

Nice room, well furnished, lots of hot water, quiet.

The manager was very helpful, providing his own cell phone for long
distance calls free of charge. When I requested an additional bedside
lamp, one was provided. When I mentioned that a towel rack was supported
by only two of four screws, a workman repaired it. The price was
reasonable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast included was adequate
(fresh fruit, cold cereal, toast, etc.).
For a one night stay just to sleep, it was fine and the price was right. Even though we were on a busy road and our room faced the street, it was not at all noisy. The room was adequate for our needs. Ice was supplied and there was a fridge.

The facility was dirty and unkept I would not recommend this location poor facility for the money.
absolutrly nothing it was the worst experience ever.

There was no hair dryer. Shower was unusual with no instructions (Front desk was helpful). There was no juice.
There was no coffee in room but coffee pot, mildly annoying but quickly got over it.
The desk staff weren't notified by house keeping staff that I left
something behind. If I hadn't of stayed two nights and gone back to
the motel the next day I might never have recovered the items that I
left. However the desk staff (Robin) was very helpful in recovering it
for me. In future the motel need to review their policies in relation to
the communication between desk staff and house-keeping.

The room looked like it was part way through renovations.Overhead lights
could have been brighter. A door mat would have made it possible to wipe
shoes before walking on the carpet. The carpet itself seemed worn. This
did not seem to us to be a three-star facility.
The Continental breakfast was only toast and coffee and cereal. Could have had some tea or juice, since we don't drink coffee.

The rooms' furniture looked old and not well maintained.
The door wouldn't lock! The room had obviously been broken into as the doorjam was busted up. I had to block t with a chair!.

Hiding fee:
I was charged extra $15 on top of online rate. It means it does not offer cheaper rate, so why I will go there on my next trip?.

The price for the condition of the hotel, I found it pricey, you could get a room at Wingate for example for less. Or a few other good hotels for less.
Staff was rude and didn't know what he was doing.

Our son brought his dog for a visit we went out for dinner left the dog in the room hotel wanted to charge us other 30.00. Phone me at 0100 am to tell my this.
Felt like it was charge here and there nickel and dime us.
