The breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms and the whole hotel were very clean, the braekfast was very very good, the location was a two minutes walk to the center of town and to many attractions, the furnishing was very nice and well taken care of, in short, it was wonderful I can only recommand it!!! Fantastic, Thank you very much. I loved the warm and friendly reception. Also, the breakfast foods and ongoing snacks/coffee/tea were an excellent addition. The room was comfortable and clean. Plus, the little lobby is really cozy.

Lobby very nicely decorated and staff very helpful and friendly. Wonderful place! The daily cookies were a wonderful treat and the warm breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and we really loved the deco. Couldn't ask for a better location either. We loved everything about the Hotel, the staff was awesome and the rooms were very clean. It was within walking distance to all the things we had planned for our visit. Nicely appointed & great location! Breakfast was terrific as well--cookies in the afternoon, apples, and tea & coffee at all times was a nice touch!. Excellent location is walking distance to downtown attractions. Well maintained. We enjoyed a comfortable night's rest. In town, clean and very helpful staff. Not over the top and good parking. Tea and coffee available 24 hours from lobby. Free breakfast was good, especially considering it was free!. The location of the hotel was great. Easy to get around the town on foot. There is nothing to complaine about!. Nothing. I will return. I noticed that the furniture in the room and some in the breakfast room area (lower cupboards) were worn, ie. varnish worn off on the edges which looked a little tatty and out of sync with the standard of the rest of the hotel. Towels were rough and the Green Option, while somewhat eco-friendly, didn't really seem worth it as our room didn't get made up until 4pm the day after. I had to go down and ask for some fresh towels. There was nothing we didn't like about the Hotel!!!. Lack of pool & hot tub--key for entertaining kids. Some inevitable traffic/city noise heard from our room. AC unit is a little loud. Sealed windows so reliance on air con even in October. Tree close to window and bashed on it during high winds. Tea and coffee available in lobby but not in room. Only had one bed needed two,but the hotel was totally booked- really no fault of the hotel. My only complaint: people in two neighbouring rooms were making a lot of noise on the first night I was there, and I could hear EVERYTHING. Air conditioner was quite loud. Nothing ... Nothing, all was great. The breakfast could use a bit of a change up every other day or so. We stayed for 5 days and it was the same, although good needs some variety. Repeat of same dishes for breakfast. No fridge in room and had to ask for a coffeemaker.At their price scale, these should be included. I booked the room on line and was very disappointed when we got there. The room was to small and it was only a double bed, not a queen size. I did question the person that called to see if we were happy and told her this but nothing was done about it. Very small room. Coffee. Layout of corridors. Room was very clean and was quite noisy. Nearby corridor door was opened and closed by other guests consistently and was very loud when it shut. Also heard a lot of other guest talking in the corridors til quite late. Nearby fire station was also quite loud at times. Room was also very small, although clean & comfortable.
