The best staff I have ever found in Sofia in all my visits from hotels and hostels.

Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

The breakfast was top-notch - I actually can't remember a buffet that could top it, and I have been to quite a few 5-star hotels in every continent.

Lo staff, la receptionist Desi è stata superba, drink di benvenuto e di arrivederci, la camera 31 bellissima, il design dell'albergo e delle camere al top di Sofia.
