People always smiling and friendly treatment.
The service was excellent and always caring for the wellness of the guest.
The best staff I have ever found in Sofia in all my visits from hotels and hostels.
The location is perfect because there are many stores and mall of Sofia very near.

What was very imp -
The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

The guesthouse is located close to most of the city's sightseeing spots. Bus 84 is easy enough to get to the guesthouse from the airport. It's very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, especially the home made peach jam! -

good location, friendly staff and good service by check in and check out. I recommend to book a room with double bed - bigger in size and the beds are more comfortable in comparison to those of the twin rooms. -

Sono stato qui tantissime volte tra ottobre ed oggi. Hotel lontano dal
centro ma comodamente raggiungibile con la metro che è a meno di 10
minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Ristorante buono che costa poco, alla
sera sono anche disponibili alcuni menu a 6 leva (3 Euro) oppure a 50
metri c'è un tipico ristorante bulgaro, struttura e cibo tipici.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Per prendere un volo di mattina molto presto era molto comodo. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto, servizio navetta gratuito. Cmq qualità prezzo ottimo. Si mangia anche bene. Ritornerei se avessi bisogno.

This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Air-con costs an extra 1 euro per day. -

Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ). The kitchen is great though not many utensils. Great room ... everything very clean.

We stayed at this hostel for two nights and I can't say nothing bad; nice renovated and confortable rooms, television, good location close to the centre and, above all, the price so cheap (we payed only 7 euros por night). We had a large private room which was nice. There is a big kitchen at your disposal. All looks quite clean and new.
Air conditioning was nice in the hot summer.
The hostel has a good location between the bus/train station and the main downtown area. -
I was pleasantly surprised how nice my stay at The Danish Hostel was. Because it was classed as budget and hostel I was a bit apprehensive, but it was clean, comfortable, the staff very helpful and the location was excellent.
