What was very imp -
The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

Ourroom was very large with a kitchen area including a coffee maker, teamaker, refrigerator and dish washer. The shower was large with a "rain"style showerhead. good location, friendly staff and good service by check in and check out. I recommend to book a room with double bed - bigger in size and the beds are more comfortable in comparison to those of the twin rooms. -

This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Air-con costs an extra 1 euro per day. -

Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ).
