The guesthouse is located close to most of the city's sightseeing spots. Bus 84 is easy enough to get to the guesthouse from the airport. It's very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, especially the home made peach jam!.
Great place to stay on Sofia, i stayed here for 2 weeks.

Very friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi. Free street parking outside. Good breakfast. Walking distance of centre. Always hot water. Use of kitchen. Good heating.
Few things in the room have seen better day but overall is fine.

The room was not heated well, and the blankets were too thin.
Very basis accomodation with no hint of luxury, in fairness reflected in the hostel scale price. Fine for a single but no place for a romantic visit. No t.v..or radio.
