  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

The rooms are small and you have to share a small bathroom with the other guests, but the atmosphere is very warm and nice. It is clean and well designed. They make their own joghurt and bread and you are in the center of the city. You can visit everything by feet and I'd absolutely like to come back! The city and the people are great, too! Very friendly and fascinating.
