  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  Just it was all nice...!!!Hostel Lavele is situated in a very convenient place next to Vitosha main street . Actually , it is not a typical hostel. It's modern beautiful and crystal clean place ...from the rooms and the breakfast area till the bathroom!In addition , Mario ( the receptionist ) is a very courteous guy ready to share any useful info... что говорят » rmation around the city .I asked him to give me some cards , because I'm 100% sure that next time I'm gonna visit Bulgaria I'll stay there :-) - Mario the owner of the hostel is very polite, friendly and interested in people and their stories. The rooms are small and you have to share a small bathroom with the other guests, but the atmosphere is very warm and nice. It is clean and well designed. They make their own joghurt and bread and you are in the center of the city. You can visit everything by feet and I'd absolutely like to come back! The city and the people are great, too! Very friendly and fascinating.

  The staff was courteous and willing to help with any matter. The rooms were exceptionally clean and aired before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.
