  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic.   It was my first stay in Sofia and I booked this hotel because of the economic rate. They obviously gave me the biggest room available. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. You can book a kind of standard breakfast for 3 Euros. They even adjusted my breakfast according to my preferences. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.
