  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.   It was my first stay in Sofia and I booked this hotel because of the economic rate. They obviously gave me the biggest room available. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. You can book a kind of standard breakfast for 3 Euros. They even adjusted my breakfast according to my preferences.
