The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near
the ski lift. -

In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are warm, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and cheap. The hotel is in an enclosed compound with parking and 24*7 security which was handy in my case as I was with a car.

Arrangements were easily made and all staff appeared competent at their job. Staff were welcoming and professional. Rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. - Staff, room all top grade. Facilitated a request promptly and with courtesy.I liked the design, the fact that there are no narrow corridors
to get to the room
