The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near
the ski lift. -

In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

The room was very nice and comfortable - had a primo view of the mountain and sweet location right in town close to all bars and restaurants and easy walk to gondolla. Would definately stay again. - the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff

The hotel is nice, the rooms are warm, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and cheap. The hotel is in an enclosed compound with parking and 24*7 security which was handy in my case as I was with a car.

The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my
two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the
heating in the studio.. Everyth was perfect.The hotel itself is
