I had trouble finding the place and the buses were no longer running, so they came to pick me up at the train station! - It is on a lake with great water views from the rooms.   We stayed here for 2 nights for a romantic weekend getaway in November, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we were in front of their door, we were greeted with a smile and in French (my husband and I live in France and our transactions email were in french)-they were clearly anticipating our arrival! Even though it was too early to check-in, the lovely hosts let us leave our bags ups - We had a wonderful city break here - our hosts went out of their way to welcome and assist us - the rooms are beautifully designed with added touches such as water carafes by the bed, small bottle of wine and wine glasses etc. Breakfasts were ample with freshly made crepes one morning and delicious French toast the next. Chris lent us a guide book and had taken the time to plan an alternative route on a city map which we followed on a fine autumn Saturday. Sunday, it poured and once again Chris
