Le camere sono insonorizzate molto bene. La colazione è varia e molto buona. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica, molto vicina alla metropolitana e al centro. Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Very good impression from open mansard, sauna and open shower at the top of building. Friently staff, speaking English and Russian.

Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :)

Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...

It was a truly beautiful designer apartment. It far exceeded my expectations - everything detail was perect, from the fresh coffee and leaf tea available to use to the bottle of champagne in the fridge to the toiletries. I wanted to stay longer.

Location could not be better. One minute to St. Stephen's cathedral
and Kartner St., Yet away from the shopping hustle. The historic
building has a lot of character and feels very unique. I loved the
atrium with the winter garden. The hotel feels private and comfortable.
Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts,

The location was not far from the undergroubd train, supermatkets, bakery & restaurants. The cooperation by Mr. Joren from the Luxury Apartment Vienna, who left our key cards in an envelop, and when we reached the building I called him and he gave me the entrance code.

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -
