  The lady that owns and runs this motel was fabulous. She called me on the morning that I was arriving to see if I needed to be picked up from the airport! Transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport were included! She was so helpful! The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy. Karen was wonderful. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant. She said that was not a problem and provided a fantastic breakfast for us. She directed us to where we wanted to go with attractions,shopping centres. Wish we could have stayed longer the unit was great modern impeccably clean . Everything you could want. Thank you.

  Friendly staff made very welcome. No extra charges for rubbish removal or having your room serviced. Clean smelt fresh. Having arm chairs with footstools to sit in. - The owners were very friendly, the location is ideal for all ages and interests and the cleanliness of the rooms was the best I had seen for quite a while.

  I stayed here recently with my wife and son, and I was really impressed by the whole package; the family room was a large size, with a workbench for my son and I to each work from our laptops while my wife watched TV, and there were the necessary facilities for us to feel at home (microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board).   Went to see a show at Twin Towns and decided to try this motel which is half the price of Outrigger and was excellent value for money. The bed was so comfortable (and I'm very fussy when it comes to beds) and the position just perfect.
