The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

the care and consideration given to us upon leaving as there was a power outage and everyone was eager to assist us as i had my elderly mother and motherinlaw with my wife and myself and we were on the top floor thankyou. -

We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The apartment was well appointed, clean and provided all that you could want in a self contained apartment. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions. Had a great stay.

We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.
In fact, the kids had only been at SeaWorld for an hour when they thought they should go back to their 'Holiday House' for a swim in the pool!. -

The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you. We will definitely be going back. -

All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic.
The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout.
The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus.

which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in

The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor.
It was compact, clean and self contained.
All appliances were in good order and worked.
The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows.
The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq.

Our second visit to Landmark-this time for a family gathering and a two
bed apartment. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the
7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location.
Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two
cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure.
We will be back.

Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific

All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.
