  Camera, colazione e staff - Friendly staff, willing to help poor Canadains who had never been toAustralia before. They were great. Thank you. - Proximity to the airport and other locations I neede to travel to. I was impressed with the way the reception staff handled an obnoxious client.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. The staff were lovely, the room spacious, clean and ... cosa dice la gente » so so comfortable. Great location too ! This one will defintley be our 'Brisbane' home on our visits from Perth. Totally recommend 10/10.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... cosa dice la gente » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.
