This is one of my favourite hotels in the Gold Coast. Brilliant location, close to central Surfers and the beach.
The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic.
The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout.
The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are nice and comfy. On the second morning, the kitchen at the hotels restraunt which serves breakfast was having some problem with their stoves. Very pleased with the apartment - for a change was actually like the pix featured on letsbookhotel.com. Spacious, nicely furnished and well appointed. Great location and good dining options on site - we'll be back!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unit that I stayed in was clean, neat and spacious. It is conveniently close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and everything I needed was there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.
