We loved the apartments, they were very spacious and luxourious! Me (25) and my partner (29) were travelling with his parents (both in 50s) and we all loved the apartments. The space afforded in the apartment was a pleasant surpise, the level of cleanliness I havent seen for a while and the close location to the Marina was ideal. I was told it wasnt the touristy part of town which suited us very well. Staff were brilliant too and were happy to pass on insider knowledge. I was sad to leave!

I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max.
The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.
Clean modern rooms; very well appointed.
Excellent restaurant and pool.

These apartments are quite modern and fully equipped to meet the demands
of the most difficult guests (ours had a washing machine, a dish washer,
a tumble drier, a huge shower, a jacuzzi, two tv sets, free internet
access, a fully-equipped kitchen, parking space, an adapter for foreign
plugs, etc.). The view was gorgeous, and it's only a short walk to
the pier and the marina.

The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location with a short walk to anything you could desire. The room was larger than we expected and had everything you might need in it. It was lovely sitting on the balcony having a drink in the evening watching children playing in the pool , everyone was enjoying themselves. -

It was beautiful! Reminded of me of my old house, I felt very much at home. Couldn't believe how good the price was either. The room was spacious, had everything we needed for our one night stay. Bed was comfy. The service was exceptional, we were greeted as soon as our taxi arrived. Definitely would stay there again. -

We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble.
