It was the perfect place to stay after a 3 days/2 nights cruise through the Whitsundays. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

the care and consideration given to us upon leaving as there was a power outage and everyone was eager to assist us as i had my elderly mother and motherinlaw with my wife and myself and we were on the top floor thankyou. -

We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem. The price is very reasonnable for what you get. -

Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.

Superb location with excellent view from the balcony of the pool and ocean. Fantastic apartment facilities including dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer and two bathrooms. The resort facilities are also great including BBQ's, nice big pool and use of a gym. -

Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation.
I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort.

from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but
they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to
guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and
a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff

The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back.

The position is sensational, next door to all services you need like massage, supermarket, beautician, hair, post office, restaurants, clothes shopping all while being across the road to the beach. The view is fantastic! The apartment was very well appointed and stylish. Loved the Managers, both husband and wife go the extra mile to help you. A perfect holiday town and this was an excellent accommodation choice.

The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

Very clean and comfortable, and despite being in the heart of the 'action' at Noosa it was surprisingly peaceful and a very relaxing place to unwind. Right on the beach, with easy access from the pool area. Off street secured free parking. Top notch hotel with friendly and helpful staff. -

It was compact, clean and self contained.
All appliances were in good order and worked.
The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows.

bed apartment. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the
7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location.
Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two
cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure.
We will be back.
