  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... cosa dice la gente » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  we were there for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to want in the way of cookware, kitchenware etc. and our travelling picnic basket was never used as it was all in house. - We went there for relaxation and thats what we got..   Very spacious apartment just as what they advertise in the website and other booking pages. Just a few minutes away to Surfers Paradise.   The owners were so thoughtful. The accommodated an early arrival and greeted us warmly. The villa was immaculate as was the rest of the house.
