  This hotel is great ... We manage to secure a early check-in on the 1st day of our arrival. Plus the staffs are all so friendly, oozing the Australian Hospitality. The best part i like best of this hotel is the location.. location.. location .. just five minutes walk away from King Cross City Train, nearby to major tourist location like circular... cosa dice la gente » quay, bondi beach. Easy access to supermarkets, cafes in the area. Plus they provide shuttle transfer to the airport at only AUD12 (cheaper than ta - Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was perfectly adequate, neat and tidy. We were just passing through but we were very impressed with the service and the room was comfy and clean.
