Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with
everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free
internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check
in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a
double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we
ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room.

Had a great stay here. The room was really nice and bright. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was a great bonus for hot days. The hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants and is only a 10 minute walk from kings cross station which will get you to the city centre. We didnt pay extra for the room with a bridge view but the girl at the desk gave us the keys to the roof which has some of the best views in sydney. Stunning views of the harbour and opera house. Go

I only used my room for a bed at night as I spent every day from early morning until late with my family living locally.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was perfectly adequate, neat and tidy. The whole complex was well-kept and the gardens and pool area were well maintained. -

Staff were so nice and cheerful and really helpful. Told us where was good to eat, where would be nice to go in the morning. We were just passing through but we were very impressed with the service and the room was comfy and clean. I also left my phone charger in the room and the cleaners found it and left it on my car for me :) -
