divan . I thought that was a bit rich having to stay on divan. I had
told my friend I usually stay at Mooloolaba as the screen showed the
one at Mooloolaba. She then said they could make king into twin. We

great stay. -
I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . Walking distance to Southern Cross and Etihad

The beds were probably the most comfortable we had slept in over the 5
weeks we were away. The staff were very friendly and the manager went
out of his way to help solve an issue I had with my myki card. He was
also a valuable source of information on what to do in Melbourne

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Medina is in a great location and we will definately be back. - I liked the friendly efficient staff, the excellent facilities and the closeness to the City.

Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset.
However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding.

i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

Staff make or break any business and with that there is clean, hygienic - for me there is no compromise.
Adina management is to be congratulated for looking after their people and maintaining happy staff.

A group of friends had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. An upgrade I could get used to!!
Found the location to be very central with leisurely walk to many attractions and trams.

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -

We were very comfortable at Punthill on Little Bourke. We had a one bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities, balcony, washing machine, drier & bath/shower. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Punthill in Chinatown. They were just fantastic...nothing was too much for them and they were incredibly helpful at all times. They really showed what good service is about. I have stayed in hotels and apartments all around the world and they rate at the top end of my experience.
