So great stay. - I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

  I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . Milioni di negozi in centro dalle marche piu' rinomate ai piccoli negozi meno cari ma di buona qualita', un tram che gira attorno alla citta' gratuito con tantissime fermate,e ta... cosa dice la gente » nto tanto altro.... - I feel like I'm staying in a living museum when I'm at The Hotel Windsor. That's what I love most, as an anthropologist. I love the spaciousness of the rooms. I love the pillow menu - what a treat! The harpist is a wonderful treat :) The staff are very professional and courteous without being insincere or obsequious - that's a rare skill and greatly appreciated. - Room service meal was soooooo tasty and everyone was lovely there. I liked the fact that they had a system in place that allowed guests to use the same towels if they wanted to in order to save water which is great. What I would have also liked to see is a recycle bin in our room so we can put our aluminium, paper, cardboard, plastic and glass.
